These events are especially for older people. They provide much appraciated fun, community and companionship. There is a varied programme which includes talks on a wide variety of topics, music to listen to and sing along to, quizzes and games. These events provides an opportunity for people to socialise and enjoy conversation in a convivial atmosphere. Refreshments are served during the day, including home cooked lunches and afternoon tea with cakes.
